Studio visit with Dandi

Considering my current workspace is our kitchen table, I have serious studio envy for today's featured design business. The girls at Dandi work from this sunny creative space in Sydney's inner west, creating bright textile designs which they use to produce an ever growing range of homewares.

Their studio is wall to wall pin boards, filled with inspiration and the things they love. Flooded with natural light, what I wouldn't do for a creative space like this one....

It's clear both Caroline and Mindi love colour and bold pattern, and have an affinity with botanical inspired prints. Working together, they translate hand sketched illustrations into stylised modern graphics.

You can purchase their fabric designs by the metre, but they have quite an extensive range of kitchen and table linen available on their website. In addition to this, they have also started working with bamboo, applying their organic designs to bowls, platters and utensils.

For more, visit the Dandi website here.
