Vintage Gems from Quintessential duckeggBlue

One of my favourite retail stores in Sydney is Quintessential duckeggBlue. If you have ever been to their store in Balmain, you will know they have an incredible eye for picking one off vintage finds.

I only realised recently that they also have a website, which is jam packed with their latest selection of industrial furniture.

Founded by UK native Leanne Carter-Taylor, Quintessential duckeggBlue specialises in reclaimed industrial and antique items from around the world. Statement pieces include reconditioned French industrial workbenches, tables, chairs and storage lockers, antique Georgian Windsor chairs, old English club sofa chairs dating from 1890, medical units dating from the 1930s, industrial lighting, pigeon holes, clocks, original bus destination signs, and an array of unusual antique curiosities and one-off items.

To see the current stock, as well has a sneak peak of items on their way, visit their website.

Oh, and the team also puts together a very lovely online magazine filled with industrial eye candy and beautiful styling, aptly named The quintessential Magazine.
