What's Hot, What's New | Life InStyle

Its trade show season for the design industry here in Sydney at the moment. With a new baby, I decided to be realistic about my time and pick just one to attend. Life InStyle was the obvious choice. Here are my top picks, the designers who stood out for me this year.

Karton
These guys take recycling to a new level, with storage and seating solutions that are not only practical but look great. Their designs are made entirely from pulp, engineered in Europe and now available online in Australia at kartongroup.com.au

Dutch Design Chair, available in 9 colour / pattern options. Priced at $49 each.

The Barnyard Method - 'Ram' storage unit. Suitable for books, magazined, DVDs and CDs. Priced at $89 each.

Pony Rider
Always a little on the edgy side, the new collection from Pony Rider did not disappoint. Here are a couple of shots showing their new 'Camp Leader' collection, including a fabulous new bedding range.

Teamed with their ever popular cushion designs, I can see this look appearing in our favourite interiors mags later this year.

I'll be keeping my eye out for the new designs to hit their online store soon - ponyrider.myshopify.com

Langdon LTD
I'm always a fan of a bit of colour, and a stand that jumped out at me was Langdon LTD.

They were showcasing their new winter collection 'Flower bomb'. I look forward to seeing more of the new range on their website soon - langdonltd.com.au

Incy Interiors
I've always loved their lolly pop coloured iron beds, but my favourite stand on Friday had to be the new range of metallic beds from Incy Interiors

Available as a cot, single bed and in queen size, grown ups need not miss out. I loved them!

Queen sized metallic silver bed, priced at $1,000. Shop online at incyinteriors.com.au

(The stunning linen featured on the bed is a sneak peak of a new range from Gather Kids. More on that soon…)
