Give away | Red is the new pink

I love pink, I do. And I love pink in a little girl's bedroom. But those with girls will tell you that sometimes you can get all pink-ed out. Enter red as an accent colour for a nursery or girl's bedroom.

1. The hand printed 'Lyre Bird' tea towels are only $20 each. Stretch them like a canvas over a timber frame for affordable art work.
2. 'Vie Jolie', or 'Beautiful Life' - a super cute pop of red from this wall decal, only $14.
3. Our crocheted lace rugs are always a winner for kids bedroom. Handmade in Finland, they are $420 for a 120cm diameter rug.
4. Perfect for a reading corner, add a pop of red with the 'Mini Magic Mushroom Stool'. These are priced at $39.95.

For inspiration on how red can work as a great accent colour, I found this gorgeous nursery on pinterest.

To get you started on your red kid's bedroom, we have teamed up with the girls at MiniStyle Interiors to give away a mini mushroom stool

  6. Awwww how gorgeous. My little miss would adore a stool like this for her room - fairy wonderland complete with dollies and wings.

  7. Our daughter's room is red, white & pink, this would fit perfectly! Plus she is 3, and very imaginative, in her world fairies not only exist they live in her bedroom so this would really be a perfect fit :) x

  8. My daughter would love this in her room! Perfect as a magical fairy stool while she plays with her fairy dolls!

  9. My Butterfly Princess Airlie Fae would just adore this! Just tonight while watching The Block she told me how she wished she could paint her wall red, unfortunately I had to tell her because we rent and are currently having to move as the house is being sold that we aren't allowed to paint the walls unless we buy the house. When we explained We can't buy the house she was disappointed and I felt bad. Since we have to move I was thinking I'd love to dress her room up for her with pretty things at the new rental since I can't paint the walls for her.
